The Challenge

The challenge lies in converting interest into sales, reducing lost opportunities, and building long-term loyalty – all while communicating the unique value of pre-owned, high-quality tech. Our goal was to create a dynamic email marketing strategy that felt personalized, timely, and persuasive.
My Approach
I designed and implemented a multi-stage email automation campaign for Raasta Deals, meticulously mapping the customer journey to deliver relevant messages when they matter most. This campaign aimed to nurture leads, recover abandoned carts, encourage repeat purchases, and build brand affinity.
Our key flows included:
- Welcome Flow: To onboard new subscribers, introduce the Raasta Deals brand, and encourage a first purchase with personalized messages and a discount code.
- Browse Abandonment Flow: To re-engage users who viewed products but didn't add to cart with timed reminders and an incentive.
- Abandoned Cart Flow: To recover lost sales from users who added items to their cart but didn't complete the purchase, using a series of reminders, social proof, and a mystery discount.
- Post-Purchase Flow: To enhance customer satisfaction, encourage product adoption, and drive repeat purchases with a thank you message, product tips, and an accessory upsell.
The Results
